Fix Your Asymmetry with Daily "Tongue Balancing" Exercises

Join the 90-Day fix your asymmetry program!
Do you cringe every time you take a selfie?
It's asymmetry - and it's the most painful problem I see online...
You wouldn't believe how many people e-mail me about about this. My asymmetry videos have racked up millions of views. All people with struggling with the same problem.
You can fix asymmetry 100% naturally

From working with hundreds of people with facial asymmetry, here's what I've observed happened:
Asymmetry is about your maxilla.
Your jaw is literally further EXPANDED, and grown on one side than the other!
- One side of your maxilla has more forward growth
- One side is further expanded
- Your mandible comes further forward on one side
That's why your eyes look different. It's why your nose and cheeks look different. And it's why you have a "better side" and a "worse side".
But just looking at your face doesn't tell the full story because...

Asymmetry affects the entire body
The entire spine is connected. It's one of the miracles of the human body.
But when it comes to asymmetry, this creates a problem.
If ONE side of your jaw is more developed, this will affect your head and neck posture.
So now, your cervical spine is imbalanced. If ANY PART of your spine is imbalanced, it will translate to your entire body.
Scoliosis is not a rare condition. Almost EVERYONE has some degree postural imbalance.
The greater the imbalance in your maxilla and tongue, the greater the imbalance will be in your body.
The Root Cause of Facial Asymmetry

Your maxilla is constantly changing based on the forces acting upon it. The most important of which, is your tongue.
Your tongue is your natural palate "expander". And, it's also a retainer.
Your tongue is likely the reason your maxilla is imbalanced. In almost everyone I meet with, this is the case:
- The tongue pushes more on one side
- The side that pushes more is the "better" side
- The side that pushes less is the worse side
So the "secret" to fixing asymmetry is to even out the tongue
The maxilla will almost "magically" become more symmetrical as a result.
Unfortunately, many people don't know this.
And that's why "mainstream" solutions focus only on symptoms, and ignore the root cause.
Why mainstream solutions for asymmetry don't work...
If you've been trying to solve asymmetry for a while, you've probably heard of some of these methods before:
X Mewing for 8 hours a day...
"I started Mewing, and everything was going fine, but then after a while I noticed my asymmetry getting worse, I don't know how to fix this, it pushes more on one side than the other."
Mewing can be exhausting. It can be a lot of work. But not only that, it can make actually make your asymmetry worse.
It's logical to think, I should just Mew more with the other side. But In my experience, this does not work.

If one side is already pushing up more, any effort you make to push your tongue up harder can "exaggerate" the asymmetry that already exists.
X Straight Teeth, Crooked Face - The Problem with Orthodontics
"I know these appliances don't work - because the end up in my chair afterwards. Usually even worse off than when they started"
Many people will turn to more invasive measures. Things like surgeries, or orthodontic appliances to "expand" the jaw.
But the reality is, trying to expand the jaw externally, is difficult.
It requires expanding horizontally, and forwards.
Head gear, expanders, braces, 10's of thousands of dollars, and years of your life in appliances. Not to mention - it's extremely difficult to find a dentist who can effectively do this with adults. Almost impossible in my experience.
Instead, you can take the natural approach

You may be saying:"There must be an easier way". And there is.
If our jaws got worse naturally, they can become better naturally as well.
That's what I always believed. And that belief, has been confirmed by the dentists I've worked with over the years:
"Our jaws are constantly changing, even into our later adult years. And they're changing, based on the forces being applied to them. The most important of which, is your tongue."
So, you're telling me if I even out my tongue, I can even out my maxilla?
That's exactly what I'm saying. At first, I was skeptical of this as well... Until I experienced the difference for myself.
How I discovered The Exercises to Naturally Fix Asymmetry
One day when I was 16, stumbling around on Youtube desperate to find a solution to this problem, I found a video from Elliot Hulse, with simple neck stretches to improve your posture.
The first time I tried these exercises... I was blown away.
After I did the stretches... I felt it. Something felt different in my tongue and my jaw. When I looked in the mirror... I saw it!

After just 5 minutes of stretching, my tongue was more even! It was pressing up more without me having to "try" and do Mewing! I was so excited about these exercises, I would do them all the time.
I would do them in the mirror in the morning, while listening to music. I would do them at night, before going to parties. I would do them before and after the gym. I was obsessed. I had a set of exercises that were really working - and improving my jaw every time I used them.
I shared these exercises on Youtube, and the response was amazing! They weren't just helping me, but other people were experiencing the results as well!

Fixing Asymmetry at the Source
I kept searching over the years, and finally I found the solution from a Dentist named Dr. Shehab, in Australia. We were on a zoom call and he said, "why don't you just try training the side that isn't pushing up? Sometimes you need to isolate the worse side, until it starts working properly.
So, I tried it. I used the myospots to train ONLY the left side of my tongue. And the result?

Amazing! I felt something I'd never felt before. Every time I swallowed, my tongue was pressing more on the left side!
I kept experimenting with these exercises over time, and I noticed the more even my tongue became, the more symmetrical my jaw became!
I was so excited - I had a set of exercises that in only 10-15 minutes per day, could improve my tongue, jaw and posture!
I became obsessed. It wasn't a "discipline". It wasn't a "chore".
These exercises were cool. They were amazing. I loved the idea that I could do them as a daily habit, and feel improvements day by day...
We've turned these exercises into a program - that you can do from the comfort of your own home!
How it would it feel if you KNEW you had a system to improve your asymmetry every single day?
What if you had a set of exercises that really worked? Where you felt the improvements every time you did them? What if you noticed your tongue, and jaw "changing" and "feeling better" every day?
And then you look in the mirror, and you think...

This is possible for you. And I'm going to tell you how after years of struggling - I finally figured this out for myself. I solved my own problem.
Let me tell you what I've learned, and the mistakes that I've made - so that you don't have to.
Introducing...
Fix Your Facial Asymmetry
The 90-Day Guided Corrective Exercise Program

Improve Day by Day! The Easy and Natural Way!
Achieve Amazing Facial Changes with our Help & Guidance
In the past months, we have been seeing great results with techniques to achieve natural expansion to the face and jaw.
These exercises include:
- Face-pulling Osteopathic Techniques to gradually expand the smaller side of your maxilla
- Myofunctional Training Exercises to train and balance your tongue
- Postural Alignment Stretches to improve the position of the head and neck
These exercises seem to have a synergistic effect when combined together.
First... you expand the jaw slightly every day...
Then... you improve the resting position and function of the tongue to retain and further expand the maxilla.
Now, we are looking to help more people get results and demonstrate the efficacy of these exercises.
So, IF YOU:
AND...
AND...
Then YOU'RE the type of person we're looking to help in this program!
Program overview
In this program we are setting out to help you fix facial asymmetry by changing the underlying forces that caused it.
Here's how it will work:
Step 1 Assessment: We start by analyzing your specific asymmetrical pattern
Step 2 Exercise: You start your 15-minute daily routines
Step 3 Track: We track improvements on weekly basis
Step 4 Measure: After 3 months, we re-measure your palate, asymmetry, and posture to analyze results
At the end of the 90-day program, those who demonstrate exceptional results will have the option to do case studies and be featured on the BFF channel.
Step 1: Full Asymmetry Assessment
First, we do your assessment. We want to get an accurate "picture" of your asymmetry.
- We provide tools to measure your palate
- We will analyze your postural alignment of the full body
- We will assess the symmetry of your tongue
- We will assess mirrored photos of your face

Step 2: Start your 90-Day Program
After your assessment is complete, you'll start your daily exercise program.
Your custom exercise program
Ryan will recommend the most effective exercises based on your assessment. Access your program inside our all in one platform.

Daily 15 minute Routines
We make this easy to achieve with our daily 15 minute routines. The goal is that every single day, after you finish the follow along routines, you notice your tongue pressing more evenly on your palate!

Daily Feedback Check (1 min)
Each day there is a short assessment to help decide which exercises are most important for your specific imbalances

90-Day Structured Program
We start out simple - and add exercises as the weeks progress. We want to make is easy for you to build the success habit!
These routines in total take less than 15 minutes per day to complete!

How we make it easy to see results in just 15 minutes per day
The 3 Types of Asymmetry Balancing Exercises
1. Palate
Exercises to expand the maxilla, gradually using your hands. These exercises feel amazing!
Time: ~3 minutes/day

2. Posture
Time: ~10 minutes/day

3. Tongue
A set of simple exercises that "train" the worse side of your tongue uni-laterally. This means, only training the weaker side of your tongue.
Time: ~5 minutes/day
The changes you'll feel in the first 1-2 weeks
As you do these exercises day by day, most members begin to notice the following changes:
1. You begin to feel the tongue more balanced, pushing more on the left side, and as you feel this every time you swallow.
2. You begin to feel like your tongue has more room (gold).
3. At rest your tongue is just there, more evenly.
This over time, improving more and more day by day, is how you make amazing changes over time!
Step 3: How Coaching With Ryan Works
Initial 1-on-1 Zoom Call with Ryan
When you join before the early-bird deadline on March 31st, you will also receive a 1-hour 1-on-1 Zoom call with Ryan to review your assessment, discuss your specific imbalances, and recommend the most effective exercises for you!

Weekly Check-in with Ryan
Have a 1-on-1 progress check-in with me each week via Telegram to discuss goals, progress, and help you the best way possible
Every week we'll have a chat to check your progress. I'll ask you: "how is your progress? Do you feel you're improving? Ok good." And if we need to tweak your program we will.

Unlimited Messaging Access
Message Ryan on Telegram (audio, video, or text - however is best and needed) to ask any questions you want, or get assistance with precise exercise technique.

Monthly re-assessment
Every month we will do a re-assessment to see your aesthetic improvements, postural changes, and any other changes you notice

Re-Measuring Your Results After 90 Days
Before and After Results Analysis
After the 90 days, we will do a before and after check, and the goal is you've made significant progress that is MEASURABLE.
Meaning, we can SEE it in the photos that your face has changed. Forward growth, symmetry improvements. And measurements of your palate, that it has actually changed by observing photos, and measuring the width.

How long does it take to improve asymmetry
The goal of this program is to shift the underlying balance of your tongue's force on your palate.
That's why the first change most members notice, is their tongue "feels different" at rest. It is pushing up more on their palate. More evenly left to right. This change can happen in the first 1-2 weeks.
Once you start noticing this change in your tongue, the change in your facial structure usually happens almost immediately.
In other words, if you change the underlying force of your tongue, your jaws will change.
Most members begin feeling changes in their tongue, and posture, in the first 1-2 weeks.
What Happens after the 90 days?
After the 90-day program - the goal is that you already experience a change in your facial asymmetry, your tongue, body airway, and appearance.
At this point, some people will be satisfied with their results.
However, for other people they may not correct their asymmetry fully in 90 days. This is especially true of adults and those with more drastic asymmetry.
In this case, these people will want to continue doing the program after the 90-days and they can.
Because you'll have...
12-Months of Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking!
That means that for the next year after the program is finished, you will still have access to:
- All the course materials, exercise demonstration videos, follow-along routines, and bonus courses
- All the educational content from Ryan and other BFF professionals
- And 12 months of support from Ryan via Telegram or email so you can ask questions and keep making progress until you achieve your goal!

This program can help you make amazing changes - but only if you're commited to the process.
Full-90 Day "Do the work" Guarantee
With that being said, we have a "do the work" guarantee - which means if you stick to the program, and complete the 90 days of exercises, and weekly check-ins, and you do not see any difference in your symmetry, I will keep working with you for the remainder of the year until you do.
Not only that, I will do what it takes to help you. Whether that is showing your case to professionals in my network, trying different methods or appliances, or making sure you're doing everything properly.

3 Reasons to Focus on Asymmetry Before Anything Else
By far the most common problem people have in the Best Face Forward Audience - is asymmetry. And whenever I speak to someone with facial asymmetry, this is what i tell them:
Before you do ANYTHING - you need to fix your asymmetry.
Here are 3 reasons why:
1. Asymmetry has been shown to be THE most important factor in facial attractiveness
Studies from McMaster University show that symmetry is the most important factor to how attractive someone finds you.

2. If ONE side of your face is worse - improving that side will make your WHOLE jawline better
If you want to expand your jaw, and achieve forward growth, but ONE side is lagging behind the other, then that's a problem.
By improving the weaker side (aka fixing asymmetry) your entire jaw will look better because you're "bringing up the weakest link". Now once you've improved the worse side, both sides can improve in unison!
3. If you don't focus on balance, the asymmetry could get WORSE
Many people who try Mewing with an imbalanced tongue actually make their asymmetry WORSE!
The overactive side will just get even more dominant.. And this is a major problem, because then it can be even harder to fix down the road.
Frequently asked questions
Online people ask: until what age can you expand your Maxilla bone?
And my answer is very simple:
You always can.
Your bone is constantly changing at any age. And your tongue position/function affects your bone.
Now...There is some truth to the age dilemma.
The younger you are the faster your bone changes. It changes fastest while still growing. Especially before early 20s. Under 18 is changing very rapidly, and children's bone changes the fastest.
The point is you're always changing.
You finish "growing", but you never finish changing. Bone remodelling is a constant process.
How do I know this? Do I have proof? Are there studies?
Well, not exactly. I'm giving you my opinion.
But I have seen clients who well in their 70's feel their bones changing. I've also asked this question to at least a dozen highly qualified dentists/professionals (whos opinions I trust), and the answer is always the same:
Your bone can change at any age. And it does change. Always.
It might take a little longer (depending on your age). But if your Mewing improves, your jaw will also.
That's enough proof for me.
Plus, now at 27 I'm seeing better changes than I ever have. This isn't about age, it's about doing exercises to improve your resting tongue position.
The force of my tongue on my palate is changing.
More on the asymmetrical side. More on the front that requires forward growth.
And just like magic, the maxilla expands in turn.
Anyways, if you think you're too old to change - don't.
Your maxilla can expand at any age. And don't let anybody say otherwise.
You will have access to all program materials, 200+ exercise videos, and community for 12 months.
The exercises take as little as 10 minutes per day. You can do them for longer if you wish, but the combination of posture improvement, tongue training, and osteopathic techniques will take you under 10 minutes to do!
Note: you do not have to do these exercises forever. In myofunctional therapy, people reach what's known as the "habituation phase" after 12-16 weeks. Meaning, your tongue is now "habitually" in the correct positon.
Remember, your tongue is both your natural retainer, and expander. If you change the resting position of your tongue and posture, it will maintain itself over time.
Just like your "retaining" your maxilla in the current imbalanced position, it will also maintain it's balance once corrected.
If you have braces or aligners, your maxilla will not be able to expand any further than the appliances allow them to. The same goes for retainers. With that being said - the program can still provide a lot of benefits. You can still improve your resting tongue position, and posture, as well as the muscles of your face, lips, and cheeks. This improved resting tongue position can be greatly beneficial, and help you to continue to improve after you have your braces removed.
This is a guided-coaching program, so it is NOT just a course. We will be tracking your results, and providing you guidance to ensure you improve.
This program has the most recent and up to date exercises Ryan's learned from working with professionals in his network, clients, and experimenting himself.
Some of the exercises such as the posture improvement routines, will be similar to previous programs. And many exercises, such as the osteopathic techniques, and uni-lateral tongue training, will be new.
If you're a member of a previous program and have any questions - you can message Ryan at ryanblankersbff@gmail.com
You can go at your own pace! Once you join, you'll be added to the online course platform, where you'll access all the videos. You will be part of a community, and have support and coaching from Ryan - but you can go through the program at your own pace.
Our goal is that you see results from the day you start the routines. These results include: improvements in your posture, symmetry, and resting tongue position. This can happen FAST! Generally, people experience benefits within the first week.
In terms of actual change to the bone - it depends on many factors. The younger you are, generally the faster these changes can happen. But they happen at every age. It may take time, but it is my belief (and that of many professionals I've worked with) that the maxilla is constantly changing and remodelling. Just like any bone in the body.
So, if you experience changes in your tongue position at rest - it's only a matter of time before those changes are reflected in your jaw.
There are no discounts available for the program. However, there is a payment plan option which can make it more affordable. If interested, contact: ryanblankersbff@gmail.com
This is not the same as "Mewing". Mewing is about consciously exerting effort to get your tongue up. These are 5 minute exercise routines to improve the natural "resting position" of your tongue, in other words, where it goes when you aren't thinking about it (which is most of the day anyways, nobody can think about their tongue 24-7).
