It wasn't easy for me. I've learned these methods and techniques over the past 10 years trying to fix my jaw.
In fact...
I was 16 years old, and I was entering the time in life when I cared about how I looked...
High school
Every time I passed a mirror, I would get knots in my stomach when I saw the long pointy jaw that I had.
It really bothered me, so much to the point where I would do anything to fix it.
-> I did exercises for hours a day...
-> I researched endlessly...
-> I analyzed my jaw in the mirror, painfully...
I made a lot of mistakes.
Mistakes that cost me a lot of money, and time, that I can never get back.
I went to dentists who made big promises.
But in reality - I was just the guinnea pig. I had no guarantee that the appliances would work. And in the end?
They even made my jaw worse, and not better. And, I wasted $30,000 in the process.
I also spent a lot of time experimenting.
Not only with Mewing, which got me limited results, but with myofunctional therapy, posture exercises, and working with countless amazing professionals over the years.
But this is not a sad story.
Because eventually - that struggle lead to me to at age 28, figuring out how to get better results in just 6 weeks, than I had in 10 years combined.

I know because I've been hearing the same questions running BFF for the past 10 years.

This is real. I've seen photos from people whose asymmetry became worse when they started Mewing.
I'm not trying to scare you.
Truthfully, most people have nothing to worry about. Mewing is generally pretty safe for most people.
And yes - some people do see results with Mewing.
But the truth is - after 10 years of experimenting and working with some amazing dentists, I've learned there is a much better, and more effective way.
And that is...
Resting tongue position is where your tongue automatically goes, 24 hours a day, when you aren't trying.
It's where your tongue goes:
- When you sleep...
- When your studying, or working
- Basically 24-7, when you're not thinking about it

The best way I've found to do this?
Daily exercises.
My preferred way of doing things now involved 10-15 minutes of daily exercises. And then...
I get on with it. I live my life.
No Mewing all day. No thinking about, or "trying hard" to press my tongue up properly.

After those 15 minutes of exercises, you'll feel the difference in your tongue, face, and jaw...
Immediately. Without Mewing, or trying at all.
After I started doing these exercises, everything changed.
Every day after I did the exercises, I felt something so cool...
My tongue was more "up" on my palate 24-7, with 0 conscious effort or "Mewing" at all.
After the exercises, it felt higher, more natural
My shoulders and trap area looked more relax, and attractive
And my jaw immediately looked better.
Now, I know this may be hard to believe, but I promise it's, actually pretty simple to understand.
As your tongue posture improves, the appearance of your jaw will as well.
If you're sensitive and paying attention, you'll notice these changes as well.
Doing daily exercises has become my preferred way to improve... BY far... Because:
1. You don't need to do Mewing at all. Mewing can become a full time job. And because of this, it's super difficult to keep up over the long term. With these exercises, you only need to do 10-15 minutes per day, and you'll feel improvements. For most people, that's much more realistic to stick to, and see results over time.
2. Your tongue position will "level up" day by day. And you'll feel these changes. You won't need to wonder if it's working, you'll feel it from day 1. And if you're doing the exercises properly, and the right exercises for you and your body, you will notice your tongue posture improved immediately after you do them.
3. You'll feel the changes for the rest of the day after you do them: so after the exercises, your body is in an improved position, and your tongue is resting more fully, symmetrically, against your palate and alveolar ridge.
Remember...
The key to results in terms of 3-D facial growth is what your tongue is doing 24-7.
Not just when you're focused on it.
After just 15 minutes of exercises, your tongue is pressing more naturally and properly on your palate, because you've "levelled up" your resting tongue position with these exercises.
Now for the rest of the day, your tongue position is improved, and that change will create facial growth over time. It's that simple.
I've been absolutely amazed at what's possible doing these exercises on a daily basis.
Once I realized I could "level up" my tongue position, and facial growth day by day...
I started wondering, imagine if I did this every day? And my tongue position kept improving?
How much changes could I achieve in 1 week... or 1 month... or 3 months?
And that's exactly what I did.
I became slightly obsessed with these exercises. Because, every time I did them, I felt the immediate improvements:
- I "upgraded" my posture every single day. my body was more aligned. I felt it just walking around the street, working out, and even sitting at the desk.
- My tongue was resting more fully, and evenly against the pre-maxilla and alveolar ridge. It felt great! My tongue posture improved, I felt it every time I swallowed, and for the rest of the day. I didn't have to "hold it there". It just was there. I was improving the underlying position of my tongue, and posture of my body.
- My face and jaw looked different (and better). My symmetry was starting to improve! I was looking better in photos. And I could see my mandible and jaw coming forward!
Of course, these changes were slight on a daily basis. But that didn't matter to me. What mattered was...
After I finished the 10-15 minute exercise routine, everything felt, and looked better.
So, in July of 2024, I made a commitment to do these exercises every morning, and see what happened.

I got better results in 6 weeks, than I did in the past 10 years combined.
After 6 weeks of doing this, my tongue posture, body alignment, and facial structure are all the best they've ever been.

6. We want to keep things simple - and also I'll tell you the most important exercises for you to focus on based on your asymmetry

10. After the 90 days we will do another before and after and check your progress, the goal is obviously that you will have made significant progress, that your tongue is more even, your posture, and that reflects into your face and jaw looking more even as well.
11. Now of course, the goal is that you notice a significant change after 90 days that we can see in the photos of your face and posture, and measure in your palate. But, of course you may want to keep going after. So, that's why we give you... 15 months access to the program, community, and coaching with Ryan.
