The truth is, achieving facial growth naturally is not only possible, but it can be easy, if you do the right things.

My name is Ryan, I've worked with some amazing dentists, and started the Best Face Forward Youtube channel in 2018 to share what I was learning in fixing my "mouth breather face", that I hated so much.

Here's the story:


One day when I was 16, I looked in the mirror, and noticed something was "off"... When I looked at my jaw from the side, it was long and pointy.


It looked like it had changed, and honestly?


I hated it. I thought it looked dreadful. And I didn't know what it was. I later realized this was caused my mouth breathing, and poor tongue posture.

But that didn't matter at the time. All I knew, was something ain't right. 

This was in high school, around the time when girls started liking me.

Or not. 

Because in truth, I was super insecure. I thought no girl would ever want me, or be attracted to me. I saw my friends and their square looking, masculine jaw lines, who would "get all the girls", and I was downright frustrated, and depressed. 

I would take selfies of my jaw from the side, look in the mirror and just think...

What happened? What went wrong along the way? 

I was insecure, and ashamed of myself. I had low self-esteem, and self-confidence.


I didn't like what I saw in the mirror.

I knew this wasn't the jaw or face I was born to have. I was falling short, or as one person put it...

I felt Robbed of my potential

The attractive, healthy, beautiful jaw and face I was born to have. I was robbed of.

 
Since that day, a fire was lit in me to help myself, and the thousands of others out there struggling with jaws, and faces that are below their natural potential for beauty, health, and confidence and joy in life.

I became determined, to find some way, anyway that I could fix this problem. 


I even started the Best Face Forward Youtube channel to share what I learned, and help other people make amazing facial changes.

But there was a problem. At 28 years old, I met with amazing dentist Dr. Mona Moy, who taught me about ALF and their appliances. I even got a chance to meet the founder of ALF, Dr. Nordstrom, who created an appliance for me.

The problem was: I knew most of the people out there didn't have access to this kind of appliance. So I knew I had to find another way.

And that way was, through exercises.

I went back to the drawing board, and starting doing hours of exercises per day in 2024 and 2025, to figure out how to improve, and improve fast. I experimented with everything. There were a lot of low moments, and a ton of "aha-moments".

Long-story short, eventually I found the exercises that allowed me to achieve facial growth in a short period of time, fix my asymmetry, and achieve results that were nothing short of astounding - even to me.

It took me 10 years to get here - but it didn't have to. If i could go back to my 16 year old self...

I could get results in a matter of WEEKS. Let me tell you how:

I Learned that a lot of the things people say online, are LIES

There are a lot of things online that are just plain untrue, and potentially dangerous to believe.

Lie #1 - You can't change bone past the age 18, and the only way is to have a surgical procedure to CUT your jaw in half...


You can change at ANY AGE:


Dr Mona Moy: "Our sutures never fully fuse. Yes, you get faster results if you're younger, but that doesn't mean it ever stops."


This was also confirmed by world renound Osteopath, Dr. SAIFI, who I met in Paris, and said in our interview: "the facial bones are the thinnest bones in the entire body. And "absolutely yes, they can change".

Lie #2 - You need to do Mewing all day long, and can't even take a break to talk, or eat food...

Lie #3 - You need to do thumb-pulling all day long, and treat it like a full time job...


2. Your tongue is the key to 3-D Facial Growth. 


YOUR TONGUE IS THE NATURAL EXPANDER AND RETAINER.


You don't need appliances, or surgeries, you just need to learn how to use this expander properly.

1. "Simple" But Powerful Thumb-Pulling Techniques


I learned how you can use your thumbs to rotate, and move your maxilla forward, as well as expand your maxilla, if need-be. These techniques take only a couple minutes per day - don't believe anyone online saying you need to do it 24 hours a day. It is fast, and easy if you do it the right way. The key is the other 2 "buckets"

2. Full-Body Postural Alignment

I used to only focus on improving my posture from the neck up - then the waist up. Now, I always go from the feet all the way up. The entire body is interconnected.  

Any asymmetry, or lack of proper tongue posture and facial growth will results in an imbalance in body posture. These routines improve the posture of the full body day by day.

3. "TV-Dinner" Myofascial Release Techniques


These exercises are the final step. Releasing the "restrictions" preventing your tongue from going on your palate. Everyone in my experience has tightness in their lips, cheeks, and tongue, and other muscles contributing to their "low tongue position. These exercises, gradually release this tightness, in a way that you can feel, like "ahhh", a release of tension, and feeling the tongue more up on your palate. And the best part? You can do them anytime - anywhere. Watching TV, at the desk, I've even done them while holding a baby, or while sitting on a park bench. 

That's the system. When put together, every day you "expand" your palate, and develop your maxilla forward. Then you do the other 2 exercises to improve your resting tongue position, so it "catches up" to this improvement.

It's also not one size fits all, so you'll need to figure out how to use this exercise system for YOUR body.

So, what is the methodology?

What I learned, is that the most important factor to improving is resting tongue position. Your tongue is constantly moulding and shaping your jaw, whether you realize it or not. And this happens at 18, just the same as it does at 80 (yes, it may be a little slower, and if you're under 18 for men, you will go faster, but nonetheless, you can change at any age).

So the secret, is to "level up" this resting tongue position, so that:

Your tongue is pressing properly on your "pre-maxilla", especially, at all times, without you "trying" to do Mewing, or consciously forcing it up there.

This is the opposite of trying to "manipulate" your tongue in some way, or hold it and force it up there for 24 hours a day. This does NOT work. It might work at first, if you have a relatively simple case, however for someone like me, it didn't.

The way I was able to get results, was by "levelling up" and improving my resting tongue position day by day, so that my tongue was pressing against my pre-maxilla every time I swallowed. The pre-maxilla is the area of the jaw that is collapsed in most people, and so THIS is the problem, this front area. 

And it's not about Mewing, it's about improving this resting tongue position, so that your tongue stays there at all times.

Once I found the exercises that allowed me to do this, I had my breakthrough.

Every day - after I finished the exercises, I felt my tongue "pressing" on my palate in a way it wasn't before. It was awesome! And I literally became hooked on them. It was exciting to see the results. 

Here are some of those results I'm talking about:
- After I'd do the routine, my tongue would be pressing more evenly on my palate, especially the left side, where it didn't push up as much
- I would feel my tongue up against the front of my paalte, without needing to "hold it there"
- My swallowing pattern and breathing were instantly different, and more effortless...

This is how I knew I was on to something, and that it was working.

But then, the long-term benefits are even more exciting:
- As I felt my tongue more evenly and full on my palate, I began to SEE the changes in the mirror. The left side of my face started coming out and forwards. My face was looking more symmetrical. My full body posture was improving.

And the best part is, it stayed like that. It didn't go back and forth, once I found out how to do these exercises correctly.

I Became obsessed with them, because I knew if I kept going, I could continue seeing amazing results.

As I said, this is not a "one-size fits all program". It's also not available to do on your own. These exercises are to be done with supervision, in a careful way. They are very powerful, and we must be careful.

In this program, I will be helping you get the best results possible, with the following structure:

1. We will do an assessment of your palate, measurements, and photos of your full body alignment to get an accurate "starting point"
2. I will recommend the most important exercises for YOU and your body, and your specific situation
3. You will receive daily follow along videos, where you simply press play, and for 15 minutes a day I will teach you the exercises, and you'll do them along with me 
4. We'll track your results after each routine in the platform, with specific assessments and questionnaires. 
5. You'll work directly with me VIA Whatsapp, to track your progress and results, and tweak your program as needed. Each week we'll have an update check-in to see how you're doing, and make sure you're making improvements
6. By the end of 90 days, we will re-meausre your progress, with the goal obviously being that you've made significant facial changes by then!

After this initial 90 day period, continued coaching will be available if you want to keep going and need more help. Otherwise, the program will be available for an additional 6 months after the purchase date so you can keep doing the exercises.

What is the exercise methodology?

So now, you are probably wondering what are these exercises, and this sytem to help you achieve facial growth and results on a day-by-day basis?

Well, it all revolves around our central goal:

Improved resting tongue posture. Every day after you do the exercises, the goal is that you FEEL your tongue resting more correctly, and more fully on your upper palate. So that:

You fix your asymmetry, by the tongue positino improving and evening out, and bringing forward the maxilla
You achieve forward and 3-D facial growth with your tongue pressing more on your palate.

We do this through DAILY exercises, that fall into 3 buckets:
1. Manual Jaw Expansion: These techniques are using your thumbs to manually expand your jaw every day. NOTE: these are different for each person, and include exercises for the MAXILLA, and the mandible. And will vary depending on your bite, your facial growth, the shape of your palate, and many other factors. ALSO - many people who join the program will not even need to do these exercises. And, these are only recommended after you dial in the other 2 buckets, which are:

2. Myofascial release: this is different from myofunctional therapy. These exercises release restrictions in the muscles and fascia around your tongue, lips and cheeks, so your tongue more naturally and evenly "floats up" to the roof of your mouth. Releasing these restrictions not only feels great, but you'll likely feel it improving your resting tongue position.

3. Full BODY alignment: these routines are the BEST and only exercises I recommend for fixing your posture. It is from HEAD, to toe, and focuses on the alignment of your HEAD, neck, shoulders, pelvic, and yes, all the way down to your feet. 

These 3 exercises are to be done TOGETHER, to create the best results. So we will:

1. EXPAND, your jaw using your thumbs, however it best for you (if it is even necessary for you, or when it is necessary for you)
2. RELEASE, the restrictions preventing your tongue from being ideally on your palate using the myofascial release techniques
3. ALIGN, your full body using the posture improvement routines, which again will be DIFFERENT depending on your situation.

Remember, we're using these exercises to help you achieve 3-D facial growth, and forward growth of your maxilla. If you have ASYMMETRY, then that means we need to focus on ONE side more than the other. 

Either way, the exercises are the same.

We Combine this into ONE simple daily 15 minute routine

Every day we will EXPAND (if required), then RELEASE the restrictions to your tongue being on your palate properly, then ALIGN your body with the posture improvement routines.

Step 2: Starting Your Program

Next, we'll recommend the best program for your specific case. Generally, most people will start with the most important and basic exercises, and then we'll customize the routine to you over time.

You'll get access to our online program, where you'll get daily exercise videos teaching you the exercises, and follow along videos to do them along with me. 

After each routine, you'll get a quick and easy assessment to help us determine which exercises are most beneficial for you, and to track your progress

Step 4: Measuring Results after 90 days

We'll continue this process for 90 days. Every day you'll do your exercises, we'll track your progress, and make sure you feel dialy improvements to your resting tongue position.

After 90 days, we'll do another assessment and meausrements of your palate, your posture, and your tongue position.

What Happens if you don't get results?

If you do the work, it is very likely you won't see any results.

But, if for some reason you don't feel the exercises are working, and you aren't noticing any improvements, I will keep working with you until you do. I'll even reach out to professionals in my network to get another opinion, if it's required.

What are these exercises to improve resting tongue position, and symmetry to achieve natural facial growth, by upgrading the resting tongue position day by day, so it presses more against the pre-maxilla, correctly every time you swallow, bringing this super delicate and easily mouldable, thinnest bones in the body forward and outward, day by day?

Well, it is really quite simple, and it falls into 3 categories:

1. Osteopathic techniques (1-2 minutes per day)

  • Using the thumbs to expand the small areas of the palate, especially in this pre-maxilla. 
  • This takes ONLY 1-2 minutes per day, at the MAX! Do not believe people only who tell you to do this every 30 minutes. This is OVERKILL. And unecessary, and can cause harm.
  • These bones are extremely thin, and easily mouldable.

2. POSTURE IMPROVEMENT (10-15 mins)

Full body alignment is a major key for this program. The position of your head and neck affect your tongue.

Early in my Youtube days, I gave these exercises for free online (they are no longer free), and people reported IMMEDIATE benefits.

Over the years, I've learned that the FEET, hips, and shoulders, neck, and maxilla are ALL related.

This program incorporates techniques from the FEET up to improve your posture, so it is not just isolated to the head and neck. As you do these, your tongue will AUTOMATICALLY function better on your palate, and that will make it much easier to achieve our goal, of "levlling up" this resting tongue positino so it presses more on the pre-maxilla every time you swallow, to acheive this 3-d growth we've been talking about - show what people say about this, the amaizng beenfits they feel, the Youtube comments, etc.

3. Releasing myofascial restrictions (5+ mins)

Instead of Mewing -- we do the opposite.

Asking the question, WHY is your tongue not on your palate in the first place?

The premise is this: your tongue knows what to do. Mewing is not soemthing you should have to "do". It's the natural position and function of your tongue. 

SO, if it's not there, the question is WHY?

These exercises help to determine those blockages, and then release them day by day, so the tongue finds it's HOME, and gradually upgrades on a daily basis.
 
I have found these to be MORE effective than myofunctional therapy, and MUCH easier to do and stick to (no going to the mirror and doing exercises 3 times a day), you can do them on the couch, watching TV, or while RELAXING. Even while working! We release restrictions in your tongue, lips, cheeks, maxilla, and MORE, that are preventing your tongue from doing what it knows how to do.

After you finish them, you'll feel your tongue more NATURALLY, and EASILY pressing up on your palate.

These 3 exercise groups when combined together into a 15 minute daily routine, are extremely powerful.
