The 2 Keys to Results with This Program

There are 2 Keys to you achieving great results in this program

And they are:

1. Doing the right things
2. Doing them consistently

That's IT!

And the entire purpose of this program, and my working with you, is to help you figure out the right exercises for your body, to achieve daily changes, facial growth, and fix asymmetry, whatever your goal may be.

And that is number 1, do the right things. What are the right exercises for your body?

However, the MORE important aspect of the program, is number 2. Which is, doing them consistently.

That is my first goal with you. 

The reason being, is because if you don't commit to doing daily exercises, you'll never learn the most important ones for you. Or achieve any results at all.

This may seem obvious, however it must be said:

The most important thing for you to do, is commit to daily exercise sessions.

That is why this program consists of 90 days, of 15 minute daily exercise routines.

And the structure of this program is in place, to help you stick to that process, and work with me to find the amazing exercises that help you feel daily improvements.

OK - with that being said, here is a reminder of how this program will work, and your daily process.


STEP 1: You do your daily 15-minute exercise routine.

These will be released day by day, in the online course platform. And I'll send you an email each day, with the link to those routines.


STEP 2: You complete a QUICK assessment

Every day, after the routines, you'll see an assessment form underneath the video for that day. It will have a couple questions, to ask you if you feel improvements, and what improvements you feel.

This will help us learn about your specific imbalances, and make sure you're improving.


STEP 3: Accountability

Then, I will ask you to REPLY to this e-mail, and say "DAY 1 Complete". Accountability can be massively helpful, in ensuring you get the results!

At the end of each week, the assessment will ask you "how many days a week did you do your exercises"?

Remember, this is still the most important element of the whole thing. Are you doing daily 15 minute routines? 


Step 4: Continue for 90 days

You will continue with this process for 90 days.

In the first 30 days, I'll be working with you in Whatsapp to help determine the most important exercises for you.

In the remaining 60 days, I'll recommend a specific exercise routine in the course platform that you can continue to do on an ongoing basis.

The goal is that you feel DAILY changes. Daily improvements, to your resting tongue positon. 

That force, and pressure of your tongue, more fully on your palate day by day, is what can create amazing results over time.
