What is the Goal of This Program?

In this program we are looking for 30 people to make significant improvements to their tongue position and function, and therefore maxilla and mandibular development, as well as improved symmetry in those with asymmetry. 

This will be done in a controlled and measured manner over the course of the next 12 weeks.

And we're going to have a lot of fun while we do it!


How the Program Will Work

STEP 1: Opening Ceremony

First, we are going to have an introductory call, where Ryan will explain the methodology for the program. 


This call will last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on questions.


On this call, Ryan will cover exactly how you will make these changes, and go over the structure of the program.

STEP 2: Initial Assessment

Next, we will do your initial measurements, and assessment photos. 


We'll start by taking photos of your posture and full body alignment 


(this includes your feet, all the way to your head, and assessing asymmetry, forward head posture, lumbar lordosis, scoliosis and more)

Then we will analyze your face shape, facial asymmetry, and mandibular angle.

THEN - we will take measurements of the size, symmetry, and proportions of your palate.

Remember, just because you have a small palate doesn't mean you can't benefit from this program. Everyone starts somewhere. And as long as you meet the program requirements, you can join!

Finally, you will also do some simple myofunctional tests to determine key areas to work on in terms of tongue and orofacial exercises.

Ryan will give you his feedback on these measurements. This will be your starting point, or "before". This is important so we can track, to measure and know whether your program is working.

STEP 3: Start Your Daily Exercise Program

Then, you will start your exercise program.

- You'll do the exercises every day, for 20-30 minutes, 5 minutes posture, 5 minutes tongue, 5 minutes for your upper palate

- Every time you finish your exercises, you feel your tongue pressing more evenly, and fully on your palate, without any conscious effort on your part. This is your "resting tongue posture" improving. Our goal is that you feel this more and more with each day you do your routines.

STEP 4: Feedback and Progress Tracking

Weekly Zoom Calls

Next, will be the feedback and progress tracking phase. 


Every week, we will have a group call with Ryan and all 30 members, where we will ask you, "are you seeing improvements", "is your tongue more easily on your palate", and just generally making sure you're improving.


These calls will be available as recordings if you can't, or don't feel comfortable attending them live.

Each week's zoom call will cover a different section from the 4 pillars of corrective exercises, and there will be time for Q&A


Private Coaching to Determine Your Ideal Program

Ryan will also be directly guiding you on this via 1-on-1 coaching on Whatsapp, or your preffered messaging platform. 

There, you will have a constant dialogue through the course of the program.


The objective of this is to help you determine the most important exercises for you, that you feel the most improvement from doing on a daily basis.


STEP 5: Final Assessment and Measurements

At the end of the program, we will do another set of measurements of your palate, photos of your posture, jaw, and asymmetry analysis.


We will also assess subjective measurements of your tongue posture, nasal breathing, appearance, and general sense of well-being.



Over the course of the 10 weeks in this program, our goal is that you significantly "level up" in the following ways:

  • You make a noticeable improvement in your body posture, full body alignment, symmetry and forward head posture
  • Your resting tongue position is significantly better than when you started
  • You have made noticeable improvements in facial appearance, and the development of your maxilla and mandible
  • If you have asymmetry, your tongue will be pressing up more on the weaker side, and you'll see that side beginning to improve

Once the program is finished, you will likely want to keep going. You may not be fully satisfied with the results, and want to continue improving.

Answers to your questions

If I can't attend the sessions live at that time, can I still join?

Yes. The call recordings will be made available to you, and you can review them AND the course material at any time during the 1-year period of access to the online course platform.

If I can't start right away, can I delay the private coaching period with Ryan

The initial 8-week period of the program is when you will have private access to use Ryan as your guide VIA Whatsapp. After that period, you can still receive guidance and coaching in our private community, which has a fee of $100 per month.

Can this program help with facial asymmetry?

Facial asymmetry is extremely common. More correctly, it is asymmetry that exists in the shape of the maxilla, which appears as facial asymmetry. The underlying cause is often asymmetry in the tongue, and alignment of the fully body.

This program will ABSOLUTELY help you fix your asymmetry. I will be guiding you through the 4 phases to focus on which side feels tighter during phase 1, which is upper body opening routines. In phase 2, I will teach you how to determine which side of your tongue is not functioning as well, which often pertains to the "smaller" side of the maxilla, and train that tongue directly to start functioning correctly. In phase 3, we will address imbalances left to right in the lower body, which also contributes to asymmetry in the jaw, tongue, and upper body.

In short, the principles in this program translate through the 4 phases of exercises, which work just as effectively for improving the resting position and function of your tongue on ONE side of the body, as they do uni-laterally.

You will also have access to our Fix Your Asymmetry course in the online course platform, which will walk you through specific exercise, techniques, self-assessments, and educational videos to help you correct asymmetry.

In short, yes, I will guide you in improving the symmetry of your resting tongue position, and the symmetry of your bodies alignment, which can improve the symmetry in your face and jaw.

How long will it take to see results?

This question is complicated to answer, and obviously depends on a number of factors.

I usually answer this question by defining what is meant by "results". If by results you mean a change to your jaw and face shape, OR, some change in a specific feature of your face, then you've missed the point of this entire page, and I encourage you to re-read it before joining.

If you want to join this program to achieve a specific "look", or shape of your jaw, or "facial feature", then you are probably not the type of person who will benefit from this program.

The result we are after, is an improvement in your bodies alignment, and your resting tongue position and function. We achieve this through exercise routines to remove your restrictions to your tongue's natural function and posture. This can LEAD to a gradual expansion of the jaw over time, and improvements in appearance of the posture, jaw, and face.

This, can be achieved in 1 day. That's right. You can see improvements in this resting tongue position and function from DAY 1 of you starting this program. And, you can continue to see improvements as you progress through this program.

That is the result we are after, and you can achieve those improvements, fast.

**What if I do the exercises and don't feel changes and improvements?

Remember, there are only 2 important steps to achieving results:
1) Learn the right things to do
2) Do them consistently

If you are doing the program, and you're not feeling improvements to your resting tongue position and function, it is either because you're not doing the exercises consistently, in a focused way, which, I of course can't help you with.

But, it is possible that you are not doing the right exercises for you, or, you are not doing the exercises properly. This, I will be able to guide you with during the 8-week period.

If you apply the exercises, and allow yourself the time to learn which are the best for you, and use me as your guide, you will have a routine by the end of this program that works to reduce restrictions to your tongue functioning correctly, and doing so more and more properly over time.

How long will these exercises take to do per day?

The exercise routines will take around 30 minutes to complete each day. If you are strapped for time, you can do a shorter, 15 minute version.

It is recommended to also do a longer 1 hour routine 3 times per week as part of phase 3, involving exercises to strengthen the atrophied muscles of the lower body. This routine can be done in a gym, if you have access to a squat rack, even better, but not necessary.

I have braces, aligners, or retainers, can I participate in this program?

If you have braces, aligners, or retainers, their aim is to MOVE or HOLD your teeth in a certain position. This is all well and good. Our programs aim is to improve your resting tongue position and function and the alignment of your body. If you have retainers or aligners, it is unlikely that your teeth or jaw will shift outside of the confines of those devices. However, you can still improve your resting tongue posture, and function, and the postural alignment of your body to the best of your abilities. You can still benefit from this.

I've had extractions, can I still participate in this program?

If you've had extractions, and braces, you can still participate in this program. Our aim is to help you improve your resting tongue posture and function, and improve the alignment of your body.

If you've had extractions and braces, it's possible that you have a greater restriction in the size of your palate. This does not however, mean you cannot benefit from this program. It just means that you have that restriction. Remember, everyone who joins this program will have restrictions to a certain extent.
