What is the Goal of This Program?

Our goal with this program is to help 30 people develop and expand their maxilla and mandible, and achieve 3-D facial growth.  


If you have facial asymmetry, then the goal is to achieve expansion and development on the less developed side of your face and jaw.

How it Works: Program Methodology

The BFF Program has a simple premise: your tongue knows what to do, at a deep intuitive level. So rather than try and "force" your tongue up, we do daily exercises to improve your resting tongue position.

Every day after you do your exercises, you will feel your tongue more fully, naturally, and easily fitting into the oral cavity, behind your front teeth.

Your tongue "bracing" against your palate in this improved way is what cause your maxilla and mandible to expand and develop over time.

What are the Exercises? A Look Inside the BFF Program...

Week 1: Postural Alignment Routines

We start with daily stretching and mobility to OPEN up commonly tight muscles contributing to poor posture.

  • AMAZING, as your body alignment opens up, and you release tension that was held in the body for weeks, months, and possible YEARS
  • The most important benefit you will notice, if you do apply them correctly, is that your tongue will feel "different".
  • You will stand straighter, breathe better and literally STAND TALLER

Week 2: Myofunctional Training (Tongue Exercises)

Phase 2, is where we address the tongue directly. Here, we will focus on multiple restrictions in the tongue.

  • Stretching for tongue tightness: These exercises help gently stretch, and release the tight fascia, and muscles UNDERNEATH your tongue.
  • Training Intrinsic Tongue Muscles: that helps our tongue to fit properly into our palate, and go from flat, and flabby, to toned and more narrow.
  • Training The Tongue Where to Go: We use this stimulus to train the tongue to press against the palate in an ideal way.
  • Suction based exercises, to teach the natural "suction hold" of the tongue on the upper palate. These exercises help to strengthen and stretch the tongue in it's correct position

Phase 3: Full body alignment

  • We do this through a series of mobility exercises, to stretch common muscles that are tight, and stiff, and chronically shortened, depending on which are most relevant to your specific imbalance.
  • And then, a series of strengthening exercises for the core muscles that are atrophied from lack of correct usage.
  • In either case - I will help you identify which imbalance you have, through exercise and analysis of your alignment.

Phase 4: Osteopathic Release Techniques

It is at this point in the program, that SOME people, may benefit from using gentle osteopathic release techniques, to help the jaw expand faster.

  • These techniques are designed to loosen up the sutures of the skull, and allow is to expand more quickly. 
  • They are to create a release in the sutures, and a very slight expansion of the maxilla.
  • When to DO Osteopathic techniques, and why they can do more HARM than good if you're not ready for them







How the Program Will Work

STEP 1: Opening Ceremony

First, we are going to have an introductory call, where Ryan will explain the methodology for the program. 


This call will last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on questions.


On this call, Ryan will cover exactly how you will make these changes, and go over the structure of the program.

STEP 2: Initial Assessment

Next, we will do your initial measurements, and assessment photos. 


We'll start by taking photos of your posture and full body alignment 


(this includes your feet, all the way to your head, and assessing asymmetry, forward head posture, lumbar lordosis, scoliosis and more)

Then we will analyze your face shape, facial asymmetry, and mandibular angle.

THEN - we will take measurements of the size, symmetry, and proportions of your palate.

STEP 3: Start Your Daily Exercise Program

Then, you will start your exercise program.

- You'll do the exercises every day, for 20-30 minutes, 5 minutes posture, 5 minutes tongue, 5 minutes for your upper palate

- Every time you finish your exercises, you feel your tongue pressing more evenly, and fully on your palate, without any conscious effort on your part.


- The exercises will be available in our step-by-step BFF online course platform, and you'll have lifetime access to the course

STEP 4: Feedback and Progress Tracking

Weekly Zoom Calls

Every week, we will have a group call with Ryan and all 30 members, where we will ask you, "are you seeing improvements", "is your tongue more easily on your palate", and just generally making sure you're improving.


These calls will be available as recordings if you can't, or don't feel comfortable attending them live.

Each week's zoom call will cover a different section from the 4 pillars of corrective exercises, and there will be time for Q&A


Private Coaching to Determine Your Ideal Program

Ryan will also be directly guiding you on this via 1-on-1 coaching on Whatsapp, or your preffered messaging platform. 

There, you will have a constant dialogue through the course of the program.


The objective of this is to help you determine the most important exercises for you, that you feel the most improvement from doing on a daily basis.


STEP 5: Final Assessment and Measurements

At the end of the program, we will do another set of measurements of your palate, photos of your posture, jaw, and asymmetry analysis.


We will also assess subjective measurements of your tongue posture, nasal breathing, appearance, and general sense of well-being.



Over the course of the 10 weeks in this program, our goal is that you significantly "level up" in the following ways:

  • You make a noticeable improvement in your body posture, full body alignment, symmetry and forward head posture
  • Your resting tongue position is significantly better than when you started
  • You have made noticeable improvements in facial appearance, and the development of your maxilla and mandible
  • If you have asymmetry, your tongue will be pressing up more on the weaker side, and you'll see that side beginning to improve


What Happens After the 10-week Period?

Following the 10-week period, you will have an opportunity to join a private members only community for continued guidance and support from me, and the other active members of the community.

Over the course of the 10 weeks in this program, our goal is that you significantly "level up" in the following ways:

  • Your upper body will begin to open up, you will feel aligned, you will likely feel tension reduce in your body, and face, and your body will LOVE you for it
  • You will be standing taller and more correctly, and even feel a difference in the way that you walk and move through the world
  • Your tongue will be easily and more correctly resting against your upper palate, and you will be swallowing in a more correct pattern, WITHOUT any conscious effort on your part

How the Program Will Work

STEP 1: I will teach you these exercises LIVE on zoom, starting with:

  • Phase 1, upper body alignment, in week 1, on Sunday June the 9th at 10am Eastern time.
  • Then, we will move on to phase 2, tongue mobility and strength training, on Sunday of week 2, at the same time.
  • Followed by, full body alignment exercise routines in week 3
  • And gentle osteopathic release techniques in week 4.

During these live zoom sessions:
I will first fully teach and explain WHAT we are doing, and WHY.


Then, I will show you HOW, as we go through all of the exercises together live on zoom.

After the session, I will be available to answer any questions you have, and we can have a discussion about the changes that you feel as a result of doing that routine.

In between the live sessions, you will do the exercises on your own, from the comfort of your own home.

Step 2: There will be a step-by-step course

Showing you a detailed demonstration of every exercise, and there will be numerous different follow along routines for you to choose from.

The exercises will be available in our online learning platform, in "follow along" style. Just press play, and do them along with Ryan. You can access this platform on any device.

Step 3: Private 1-on-1 Guidance from Ryan

I will be guiding you in this process, via a private Whatsapp chat, and through the live calls, and the guided exercise course.

Remember, the 2 keys to getting results with this program are:

Over the course of 4-weeks:

  • I will help you figure out exactly what the most important exercises are for you to do. This will happen as we go.

  • I will guide you as to which exercises are probably most important to you, and we will track your progress over the course of 8-weeks, through the Whatsapp chat.

By the end of the first 4-week period you will have:

  • An exercise program that works for YOU and your specific body, to unlock your postural alignment, and improve your resting tongue position day by day.
  • You will have a system that you KNOW if you do the exercises every day, you will feel improvements to your resting tongue position. And you will know this, because you will FEEL it already happening.


Remember, that is our marker. 


That is our gauge of if the exercises are working.


Do you FEEL your tongue more naturally and easily resting on your upper palate?


Do you feel your tongue bracing more fully against the ridge of your palate when you swallow?

Are you standing taller? Do you feel more open, and aligned, and energetic?

These changes you will also LIKELY see in the mirror.


The area under your jaw look "tighter" as your tongue pulls the hyoid bone and the skin underneath your jaw taught.

You will SEE your posture improving. In fact, this is one of the first changes you will likely notice. You shoulders more relaxed and open, and your trap muscles become longer.

These are all changes you can notice, and this is how we will KNOW your routine is working, if you feel those changes.

BY week 4, you will have a complete routine, customized and best suited for you and your body. Now, the only thing left to do is step 2). Do them consistently.

For the remaining 4 weeks of the program, we will have weekly zoom calls on Sundays, at 10AM Eastern time, which will be dedicated to Q&A. You may have questions about the exercises, or simply want to participate in a lively discussion about the improvements that you are noticing!

Answers to your questions

If I can't attend the sessions live at that time, can I still join?

Yes. The call recordings will be made available to you, and you can review them AND the course material at any time during the 1-year period of access to the online course platform.

If I can't start right away, can I delay the private coaching period with Ryan

The initial 8-week period of the program is when you will have private access to use Ryan as your guide VIA Whatsapp. After that period, you can still receive guidance and coaching in our private community, which has a fee of $100 per month.

Can this program help with facial asymmetry?

Facial asymmetry is extremely common. More correctly, it is asymmetry that exists in the shape of the maxilla, which appears as facial asymmetry. The underlying cause is often asymmetry in the tongue, and alignment of the fully body.

This program will ABSOLUTELY help you fix your asymmetry. I will be guiding you through the 4 phases to focus on which side feels tighter during phase 1, which is upper body opening routines. In phase 2, I will teach you how to determine which side of your tongue is not functioning as well, which often pertains to the "smaller" side of the maxilla, and train that tongue directly to start functioning correctly. In phase 3, we will address imbalances left to right in the lower body, which also contributes to asymmetry in the jaw, tongue, and upper body.

In short, the principles in this program translate through the 4 phases of exercises, which work just as effectively for improving the resting position and function of your tongue on ONE side of the body, as they do uni-laterally.

You will also have access to our Fix Your Asymmetry course in the online course platform, which will walk you through specific exercise, techniques, self-assessments, and educational videos to help you correct asymmetry.

In short, yes, I will guide you in improving the symmetry of your resting tongue position, and the symmetry of your bodies alignment, which can improve the symmetry in your face and jaw.

How long will it take to see results?

This question is complicated to answer, and obviously depends on a number of factors.

I usually answer this question by defining what is meant by "results". If by results you mean a change to your jaw and face shape, OR, some change in a specific feature of your face, then you've missed the point of this entire page, and I encourage you to re-read it before joining.

If you want to join this program to achieve a specific "look", or shape of your jaw, or "facial feature", then you are probably not the type of person who will benefit from this program.

The result we are after, is an improvement in your bodies alignment, and your resting tongue position and function. We achieve this through exercise routines to remove your restrictions to your tongue's natural function and posture. This can LEAD to a gradual expansion of the jaw over time, and improvements in appearance of the posture, jaw, and face.

This, can be achieved in 1 day. That's right. You can see improvements in this resting tongue position and function from DAY 1 of you starting this program. And, you can continue to see improvements as you progress through this program.

That is the result we are after, and you can achieve those improvements, fast.

**What if I do the exercises and don't feel changes and improvements?

Remember, there are only 2 important steps to achieving results:
1) Learn the right things to do
2) Do them consistently

If you are doing the program, and you're not feeling improvements to your resting tongue position and function, it is either because you're not doing the exercises consistently, in a focused way, which, I of course can't help you with.

But, it is possible that you are not doing the right exercises for you, or, you are not doing the exercises properly. This, I will be able to guide you with during the 8-week period.

If you apply the exercises, and allow yourself the time to learn which are the best for you, and use me as your guide, you will have a routine by the end of this program that works to reduce restrictions to your tongue functioning correctly, and doing so more and more properly over time.

How long will these exercises take to do per day?

The exercise routines will take around 30 minutes to complete each day. If you are strapped for time, you can do a shorter, 15 minute version.

It is recommended to also do a longer 1 hour routine 3 times per week as part of phase 3, involving exercises to strengthen the atrophied muscles of the lower body. This routine can be done in a gym, if you have access to a squat rack, even better, but not necessary.

I have braces, aligners, or retainers, can I participate in this program?

If you have braces, aligners, or retainers, their aim is to MOVE or HOLD your teeth in a certain position. This is all well and good. Our programs aim is to improve your resting tongue position and function and the alignment of your body. If you have retainers or aligners, it is unlikely that your teeth or jaw will shift outside of the confines of those devices. However, you can still improve your resting tongue posture, and function, and the postural alignment of your body to the best of your abilities. You can still benefit from this.

I've had extractions, can I still participate in this program?

If you've had extractions, and braces, you can still participate in this program. Our aim is to help you improve your resting tongue posture and function, and improve the alignment of your body.

If you've had extractions and braces, it's possible that you have a greater restriction in the size of your palate. This does not however, mean you cannot benefit from this program. It just means that you have that restriction. Remember, everyone who joins this program will have restrictions to a certain extent.

You may begin to be realizing the problem with Mewing. Mewing is trying to push our tongue, or force it into this correct pattern, possibly without addressing the underlying restrictions that are the reason it's not in it's natural resting position, and functioning correctly to begin with

Every time we swallow, if the tongue is functioning properly, the outer ridge of the tongue braces against this ridge, to produce the swallowing pattern. This is the correct function and posture we are trying to help you achieve with this program. This is the END goal that we want to achieve.

This is the correct function and posture we which to restore, which leads to amazing changes in form, and can create the jaw of your dreams.


The opposite of this, is the incorrect tongue function, which is often called a "TONGUE THRUST".


This term tongue thrust means instead of the tongue bracing against the ridges of the upper palate every time you swallow, it pushes forward against the teeth, to a certain extent.


Remember, a primary function of your tongue is to swallow. We cannot get around this. It is a NECESSITY of physiological function. It is something we do thousands of times per day. If your tongue is not swallowing properly, which is by bracing against the alveolar ridge, you still have to swallow.


So, in compensation the tongue pushes against the teeth, to a certain extent. This can happen in the back molars, which is often indicated by indentations or marks in your tongue, often called "Tongue Scalloping", and also in the front region of the palate, if the tongue is not correctly bracing against the "pre-maxilla", the ridge ABOVE the first 6-8 teeth.


These are the 3 phases that make the program complete. As you do them, you will day by day, be improving your resting tongue posture and function more and more...


Without you having to consciously think about it, in other words, without "Mewing" at all. NO MEWING. 


This is happening completely naturally, as you reduce the restrictions in your bodies alignment, and the tightness and weakness in the muscles and fascia connected to, and intrinsic to, your tongue.


All of this means - that your tongue is more easily and fully resting against your palate, and functioning correctly, BECAUSE we've reduced the restrictions stopping it from doing what it innately knows how to do.


Again, no conscious effort. No Mewing.


Your tongue knows how to function properly. We're simply removing restrictions to it functioning properly, which is innately will do if there are no restrictions to it doing so.
