This is real. I've seen photos from people whose asymmetry became worse when they started Mewing.

1. You don't need to do Mewing at all. Mewing can become a full time job. And because of this, it's super difficult to keep up over the long term. With these exercises, you only need to do 10-15 minutes per day, and you'll feel improvements. For most people, that's much more realistic to stick to, and see results over time.

2. Your tongue position will "level up" day by day. And you'll feel these changes. You won't need to wonder if it's working, you'll feel it from day 1. And if you're doing the exercises properly, and the right exercises for you and your body, you will notice your tongue posture improved immediately after you do them.


3. You'll feel the changes for the rest of the day after you do them: so after the exercises, your body is in an improved position, and your tongue is resting more fully, symmetrically, against your palate and alveolar ridge.

How was the Program Created?

When I tried these exercises the first time, it was pretty cool.

One day randomly I found them on the internet. From a Youtuber named "Elliot Hulse".

I decided to give them a try. I was doing them in the mirror. I would...
