The "Magic Tongue Balancing" Exercises I used to fix  asymmetry and achieve forward growth

Dear Friend,

Let me tell you the story of how I found the exercises that quite literally changed my life.

I can remember a time, when I was 15/16, when I really hated the way I looked. I would obsess in the mirror, and take selfies endlessly to analyze my jaw, and what happened.

When I saw my jaw from the side profile, it "slanted" down and back, and my chin came to a point.

Ryan from Best Face Forward

My jaws were really recessed.

And it made my nose stick out, and the lower half of my face was really long, and pointy.
Basically...

I thought I was ugly.

And I would compare myself to other guys in school, particularly one of my best friends, who had a great jawline, great posture, and was probably objectively much more attractive than me.
But that all changed the day I found out how to use exercises, to change my face. 100% naturally. The first time I discovered these "tongue balancing" exercises, I was a skeptic.

I didn't expect much.

They were just some stretches for the head and neck I found online.

I was desperate to fix my "mouth breather face" and asymmetry, so I was experimenting.

But after I did them... I was blown away.
After stretching for 5 minutes, something felt different. My tongue was pressing more on my palate, and more evenly, without me having to "do" anything. I wasn't Mewing. I wasn't trying to push it more evenly. It just was. "Could this be true?"... I did them for another 5 minutes... then another 5 minutes.  And every time I did them, I felt my tongue pushing more and more... It was magical.

Then when I looked in the mirror, I saw it. My jaw and neck area were looking better!
Just from a few stretches!
I became a little bit obsessed with these exercises... I would do them all the time. Before going to parties, in the morning listening to music. I would do them in the mirror, and watch as my body changed in front of my eyes. When I started the BFF Youtube channel, it was to share these exercises with the world. And the response was amazing. Some people completely fixed their asymmetry.

Just from a few simple exercises!
Fast forward, and I have spent the last 7 years experimenting with hundreds of these exercises. I basically fell in love with them, because of the idea that I could change my face and jaw, all from doing exercises.

I've also worked with some amazing professionals in creating the BFF Programs, and Youtube channel, who taught me a lot of the "why" behind the exercises I was doing, and teaching to others.

So now let me ask you:
Imagine if you had a set of exercises that improved your tongue posture, and jaw every time you did them.

What would you do?

Not just in your head. Not like "I think this is working". I'm saying, you finish the routine, and you immediately feel a difference. Your tongue is pushing more on your palate, your posture, jaw, and face, all look better. After a simple set of exercises. What if you knew, that if you kept doing them, you'd improve more and more every day? You're achieving a new "personal best" for your facial structure and posture each day. How would you look and feel in 1 months time? 3 months? 1 year?

If you knew these exercises were working - you'd probably be excited.

It wouldn't be an effort.

It wouldn't be a struggle.

You would want to do them every day. That's how people in our program feel. They ask me "is it ok if I do them multiple times per day?". Because they feel themselves improving, and they want to go fast!

The reality is, if you have asymmetry, or an underdeveloped maxilla, it is because of the underlying position and function of your muscles.

Your tongue has a "habitual position."

And that position, is affecting your maxilla every second of the day. If you start gradually, day by day improving this habitual tongue position, your maxilla will improve in turn. This is not Mewing 8 hours a day. This is about changing the actual underlying structure of your body.
If you want to try these exercises your self, here's how you can:
The BFF online platform.
This online platform contains the best exercise programs I've used, and helped hundreds of others use to improve their resting tongue position, improve their posture, and achieve amazing results.
Yes, doing these routines will require some work on your part.

But if you apply what's inside, and follow the daily routines, you may be amazed at the changes you're able to make, and in just a few months time.

Here is a sneak peek into the programs you get should you choose to join:
Program 1: The 30-Day "Fix Your Asymmetry" Journey

This program is a 30-day journey guiding you through the body, to fix and balance any asymmetries you have. This is for you if you have asymmetry caused by tongue imbalance, imbalanced hips/pelvis/shoulders.

This program contains daily routines to help balance tongue, head & neck posture, lower body posture, and maxilla all at once

This is the "type" of person I'm talking about:

- You CAN do Mewing fairly easily, and for most of the day. But when you do, you feel your tongue is uneven.

- You see asymmetry in your face, and maybe it bothers you, but it's not super noticeable to other people

- You have asymmetry in your jaw, face, and body, BUT you have no real TMJ or health issues, it just bothers you aesthetically

Time required: 10-15 minutes per day
Number of routines: 30-day journey

This type of asymmetry can be easy to solve. All you need to do is balance your habitual tongue position. If you can even out your tongue's resting position - that force of your tongue will "mould" and "shape" your maxilla to be more balanced over time. Hence, fixing your facial asymmetry.

Here's what's included in this 30-day Journey:
  • A 10-second "test" to figure out the which side presses of your tongue presses up more (left to right), and which side of your maxilla is better developed (better and worse side of your face)
  • A "mirror imaging" software you can use to compare the left and right sides of your face, to see which is better developed (the mirror takes the guesswork out of it, and makes it crystal clear
  • A simple test to figure out which side of your neck is tighter, to help analyze your full body postural imbalances
  • "Tongue balancing routines" that take 5 minutes or less, and involve a few simple neck stretches. Once you finish this routine, you will very clearly FEEL your tongue pressing more on the worse side of your maxilla, which balances asymmetry over time
  • Daily follow along exercise routines, where all you have to do is "press play" and follow along with me as I do them. Day 1 starts out easy, and we add and teach you the exercises as you go. Each day will contain a mix of 3 types of exercises, palate, posture, and tongue, which will help balance your asymmetry in your tongue over time
  • Passive tongue balancing" exercise to "teach" your tongue to press more on the WORSE side. I learned this studying the ALF appliance with Dr. Mona Moy, in how it "retrains" your tongue to press up properly. The best part? It requires 0 time on your part. You just put the training tool in your palate in the correct way for your imbalance, and then go about your day! After you remove it, you'll "feel" your tongue pressing in a way it wasn't before! (Routine #27)
  • Full body alignment posture routines that help you IDENTIFY and FIX imbalances in your hips and pelvis, used for asymmetry, anterior pelvic tilt, AND posterior pelvic tilt. This is a 12-minute routine that can be done while listening to a podcast, or at the gym, and will make a huge difference in fixing "crooked pelvis" (Routine 18)
  • 5-minute "neck balancing" routine, to FEEL the asymmetry in your head and neck posture, and gradually change it so your tongue pushes more evenly. To be done in a present fashion, while seated, with eyes closed! (Routine #12)
  • Tongue balancing routines: the best exercises I learned studying the ALF device with Dr. Mona Moy and Dr. Derrick Nordstrom, to help train the weak side of your tongue to press up, and to release your tongue to function more evenly. These take 5 minutes per day.
  • Palatal expander routines: these osteopathic thumb pulling exercises help identify, and expand the smaller side of the maxilla, so that you feel "more room" for the weaker side of your tongue, and your palate becomes more even over tim
  • Daily 15 minute routines, where all you have to do is "press play" follow along for 15 minutes, and then...
GET ON WITH THE DAY

Remember - these routines are to be done mixed together, which is why this is a guided 3- day journey. We make it easy for you to follow, with daily 10-15 minute routines that build and add on each other as the days and weeks go by.

There is no "Mewing" involved in this program.

All you have to do, is follow the routines, and "feel" the changes to your tongue, palate, and posture as you go.

BY the end of these 30 days, you'll have a much better sense of your asymmetry, and you'll already begin to feel the changes in your tongue, and body posture. Many people report seeing facial changes by the end of the 30 days in the program as well.

Also included:

  • Daily "progress checks" to help build a map and a blueprint of your asymmetry, by asking you to reflect on the changes you feel

I almost always recommend people start with the asymmetry program, because 90%+ of our past program members have some asymmetry to address first. And if you don't focus on fixing it, it's very likely to get worse over time. Especially if you do Mewing, which is NOT a recommended part of our program.

Instead, if you do not have any major asymmetries, you can advance to our second program, called:

Program 2: The 30-Day "Forward Growth" Journey

A 30-day guided program to assist with expanding the maxilla, improving resting tongue position, swallowing pattern and posture, all of which can result in forward development of the maxilla and mandible

Who it's for
If you have a narrow palate, difficulty maintaining correct tongue posture, and function, or looking for general forward development of maxilla and mandible
How it works:
Daily routines to help expand the maxilla, make it easier for the tongue to fit, and improve resting position to further growth

Time required: 10-15 minutes per day

Program Duration: 30 days

Here's what's included in this 30-day Journey:
  • Initial measurements of the upper palatal width, and photos of the posture, and facial growth
  • Introductory lessons on the mechanisms that drive facial growth, have created your current facial growth pattern, and will help you improve it over the course of 30 days
  • Introductory overview of the 3 types of exercise routines we'll use through ought this program to get you results
  • Daily 10-15 minute routines encompassing all the facial growth exercises. The exercises are taught to you gradually over the 30 days, including:
  • Posture improvement routines: to reduce forward head posture, and make it easier for the tongue to function, so that tongue posture improves
  • Forward growth focused palatal expansion, to help develop the mid-face and premaxilla forward, making it easier for your tongue to function properly, and rest fully inside your upper palate
  • Tongue exercise routines derived from myofunctional therapy, to help free your tongue to more easily rest inside your palate, and train it to "remember" the correct function. These take 5 minutes per day
  • Lower body postural alignment to ensure that you are "stacked" knees shoulders and hips, to maximize your results and reduce limitations to change

This program has 30 days of exercises, which again you can follow day by day, until you get to the end, and hopefully feel the improvements.

Once you get to the end of the 30 day journey, you'll likely want to continue. You'll want ot keep doing the best exercises for you, in the best way for you, so you get the best results possible, and achieve your full potential.

And l

Platform BONUS: Plug-n-play routines

This section of the program contains 30+ of our program member's favourite routines.

You can simply load up the platform, choose the routine you want to do, and start exercising! This program can be used at any time, but is especially useful after the 30-day routines, to choose which you want to continue doing to make progress.

Here's a sneak peak of what you get inside the Plug-n-Play Database:
  • My favourite "Saturday morning cartoons" exercise routine, that you can do while sitting watching your favourite show! Just turn it on, plop down on the couch, and watch as you feel your palate expanding, and your tongue posture improving - all while you watch TV! (Routine #5)
  • Powerful "meditation routines", to be done during a morning meditation, where you can deeply feel the changes in how your tongue presses on your palate
  • My favourite "mirror stretch" routine I used to do for HOURS a day in University. To be done standing in front of a mirror, these routines feel AMAZING as you feel your posture improve, and your tongue begins to press more on the weaker side (Routine 6)
  • "5-minute quick start routines" for osteopathic thumb pulling to expand your palate, in just 5-minutes. To use when you're on the go.
  • Myofascial release routine, that takes only 5 minutes, where you'll release tension and fascia in your tongue, cheeks, and orofacial muscles. This is like pushing the "relax" button for your entire body, or as Dr. Nordstrom told me at a conference, "these exercises are like regaining a part of yourself, and you can't do that by just cutting the tongue tie"."
  • Passive tongue training" exercise to "teach" your tongue where to press on your palate.
  • Core strengthening routine to help re-inforce good posture, with the best exercises I've learned from Physiotherapists, Crossfit training, and working with dentists for the past 7 years
  • 30-second "desk stretch" to be used through ought the day to melt tension from your neck and shoulders, and reinforce good posture. To be used anytime you feel yourself "slouching" into your chair, or feel that tightness creeping up in your neck while working, studying, or sitting for long periods of time

These routines are exactly what I created for myself, and our other program members, to just "plug-n-play" the routines you need in that moment.

Have more time in the morning? Play a longer routine, and reap the rewards.

Running low on time? Just pick one of the 5 minute routines so you continue making progress.

The idea of these routines is they're fun, and intuitive to use around the house. There are routines you can use in the gym, some while watching TV, and some while standing and looking in a bathroom mirror. Either way, the idea is to make it easy and fun to use these routines, and level up day by day.

Alright, here are the details to join:

The BFF Platform is an online platform that you'll be able to access on any smartphone, device, or tablet. It costs a flat fee of $197 USD.

PLUS...

If you buy today, and I'll also give you access to all 3 programs inside the platform, for the price of one. That means you get the 30-day Fix Your Asymmetry Program, the 30-Day Forward Growth Program, and the "Plug-n-Play" exercise database, all for the price of only ONE of those programs. ($590 value).

Something important to note:  These programs have a lot of overlap. Just know that a lot of the exercises are the same, we just use them in different ways depending on the goal: (ie. forward growth, vs. asymmetry)

Just want to make sure you're OK with that, and understand before you buy.

If you are, then I look forward to seeing you inside.

Access duration is 1-year from the day you purchase the program.

One last but important detail:

There are no refunds and all sales are final.

If you're the type of person who buys something, with the plan of refunding it later, this is not the program for you.

These programs are not for people who want to peek inside, get the information, and then quit. These exercises can help you make amazing facial changes, but you have to do actually do them. Just keep that in mind before you join.

I've also worked with some amazing professionals, who taught me a lot of the "why" behind the exercises I was doing, and teaching to others.

These exercises take 15-20 minutes per day...  But you can get results in as little as 5 minutes. Because you're improving the balance of your tongue. So that "habitually", at rest, your tongue pushes more evenly.

  • Palatal expander routines: these osteopathic thumb pulling exercises help identify, and expand the smaller side of the maxilla, so that you feel "more room" for the weaker side of your tongue, and your palate becomes more even over time
Here's what's included in this 30-day Journey:
  • Initial assessment to determine your starting point, take before and after photos, and measure your imbalances
Each day will contain a mix of 3 types of exercises, palate, posture, and tongue, which will help balance your asymmetry in your tongue over time
  • Postural alignment: the best routines I've found that produce an immediate change in tongue pressure that you can feel after just the first day. These build on each other week after week
  • Tongue balancing routines: the best exercises I learned studying the ALF device with Dr. Mona Moy and Dr. Derrick Nordstrom, to help train the weak side of your tongue to press up, and to release your tongue to function more evenly. These take 5 minutes per day.
  • Palatal expander routines: these osteopathic thumb pulling exercises help identify, and expand the smaller side of the maxilla, so that you feel "more room" for the weaker side of your tongue, and your palate becomes more even over time
  • Full body alignment, to identify and fix imbalances in your hips, all the way down to your feet, which contribute to facial asymmetry and must be addressed as well

Remember - these routines are to be done mixed together, which is why this is a guided 3- day journey. We make it easy for you to follow, with daily 10-15 minute routines that build and add on each other as the days and weeks go by.

  • I almost always recommend people start with the asymmetry program, because 90%+ of our past program members have some asymmetry to address first.

  • Daily 10-15 minute routines encompassing all the facial growth exercises
  • The exercises are taught to you gradually over the 30 days, including:
