In this video: - I discuss the importance of improving your tongue mobility, and why regardless of your goals with this program, it will be a pivotal area to focus on. - First, we do a test to determine your tongue's ability to "suction" on your upper palate, and we do a test of your ability to swallow only your tongue - I demonstrate the 2 most effective tongue mobility exercises, and ask you to walk through with me a 5 minute series of stretches for your tongue - Then, we remeasure your tongue's ability to "suction" on your upper palate, and we do a test of your ability to swallow only your tongue - I then ask you to be conscious of the change you notice after that 5-minute routine, and share that feedback with me. This feedback will help me (and you) determine how important of a role tongue mobility will play in helping you make improvements to your facial structure

This video provides a demonstration and explanation of how to perform the osteopathic techniques. The goal of these exercises is to gently massage and expand the anterior region of the upper palate. These exercises take less than 5 minutes per day. **Important notes:** - Never push on your teeth when you do these exercises, always on the palate/maxilla itself - These exercises can create a slight expansion of the palate, and it's still the tongue that is the most important component to achieving results. We want the tongue to be up on the palate to maintain the expansion we've created from these techniques If you have any questions, or don't fully understand how to do the exercises - I will be going over them with you on our first zoom call, and making sure you do them properly for you!

This is a follow-along routine you can do in front of a mirror, with no equipment. These are the most essential exercises to be doing every day for asymmetry. Note: you can stop before the end of the video. It's a somewhat long routine, but as I said in the video, if you have 5 minutes, or 10, it's ok!
