First, we do your assessment. We want to get an accurate "picture" of your asymmetry.

Do I have to keep doing the exercises forever?

Note: you do not have to do these exercises forever. In myofunctional therapy, people reach what's known as the "habituation phase" after 12-16 weeks. Meaning, your tongue is now "habitually" in the correct positon.

Remember, your tongue is both your natural retainer, and expander. If you change the resting position  of your tongue and posture, it will maintain itself over time.

Just like your "retaining" your maxilla in the current imbalanced position, it will also maintain it's balance once corrected.

3 Reasons to Focus on Asymmetry Before Anything Else

Before you do ANYTHING - you need to fix your asymmetry. 

Here are 3 reasons why:

1. Asymmetry has been shown to be THE most important factor in facial attractiveness

Studies from McMaster University show that symmetry is the most important factor to how attractive someone finds you.

    The 60-day symmetry program contains 8 weeks of daily exercises designed specifically for correcting asymmetry.     Who is the program for?

    Who is the program not for?

    How were the exercises created in the program?

    Ryan created the program with the help of several myofunctional therapists, and holistic dentists. He's been experimenting with these exercises for several years, and has finally found the program that is safe for everyone to do.


    The exercises provided for the tongue correction have been verified as safe, and effective general exercises to strengthen the muscles of the tongue, cheeks, and lips. The posture exercises are simple stretches designed to balance out the muscles of the body.

    How long will the exercises take each day?

    You can expect the exercises to take between 10-15 minutes every day. But, we make them fun with great music, and the excitement of getting better every day!

    Also, you will be asked to use Myospots, or a similar product. This will be used passively for around 30 minutes per day, and you can use it while working, relaxing, watching TV, or going for a walk.

    For how long can i ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM AND EXERCISE VIDEOS?

    Many people need a program to follow. Simply doing the free exercises is often not enough. 

    I have braces or retainers, can i still do this program?

    You can still do these exercises. They are designed to balance out the muscles of the tongue, neck, and upper body. This will be beneficial for you regardless of if you have braces or not. 


    It is still in this case best to consult your dentist or orthodontist to ask if these types of exercises would be appropriate for your specific situation. 

    WIll this work if I'm older than 20-25?

    In short, yes. Correcting the function of your tongue can immediately show signs of improvement in how your face looks. The actual bone and your jaw may make small changes over time, however, the appearance of your lips, smile, jaw, and cheeks can appear more symmetrical very quickly (in some circumstances, results are not guaranteed).


    In either case - correcting the function of the tongue, and balancing out asymmetrical muscles is extremely beneficial and worthwhile at any age!
